Limnophila sessiliflora (Mini Pot)

Limnophila sessiliflora is a good and undemanding plant from South-East Asia which is a good alternative to Cabomba, which demands a lot of light.

Stems grows fast up to 40 cm long and becomes 3-4 cm wide. The plant often grows leggy in poor light, but this can be counteracted to some extent by stimulating growth by CO2 addition. Most beautiful when planted in groups. In good growing conditions it sends out runners and spreads across the bottom. Limnophila sessiliflora used to be called "Ambulia''.

Mini Pots

These are very young plantlets, grown in a small coco fibre basket. The size is between an invitro plant and a potted plant. They usually only contain 1-2 plants / stems. They are greenhouse grown, so not sealed like 1-2-grow cups. They can come with hitchhikers like little flies, but are generally snail free!

Please note: Due to the low weight of the basket, the plants can be thrown around the packaging in transit. This is to be expected and usually does not damage the plant.
