Secure your stall at Fishfête and showcase your products at a unique aquatic-focused event.

This booking includes:

• One stall holder space
• Admission for up to 2 staff members to run the stall

This is a digital booking — your order confirmation and order number act as your entry and booking confirmation. Please present this on arrival.

Important Information:

• One table is provided per stall space
• If multiple stall spaces are purchased, you will be located together
• Stall holders must bring any additional setup or display equipment required
• Event details (setup times, logistics) will be shared prior to the event

Key Terms:

• All stall holders must follow DEFRA guidelines for transporting live animals
• All fish must remain securely bagged at all times
  
• Atmospheric air: max 1/3 water, 2/3 air
• Pure oxygen: max 50% water, 50% oxygen
• No open water permitted (no containers of water, with or without lids)
• You must bring:
  
• Anti-spillage equipment (minimum: 1 towel)
• Spare bags (in case of leaks)
• If using electricity, you must bring a PAT-tested extension cable with circuit protection
• No antisocial behaviour, substance abuse, or intoxication
• No dogs permitted (except registered service dogs)
• Bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled
