Important Note (Biofilm Warning)

Because the inner portion is soft and nutrient-rich, the Afzelia Pod will produce a thick mucousy biofilm in the tank.

• If you want strong biofilm for shrimp → use directly.
• If you wish to reduce this effect → pre-soak the pod for 1 week, changing the water every few days to remove most of the initial breakdown material.

How to Use

Rinse the pod thoroughly. Use directly for biofilm-rich shrimp tanks or pre-soak for a milder effect. Replace once the interior fully decomposes.
